Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orithos ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Orithos is an AI agent security testing platform that enables users to probe LLM endpoints for vulnerabilities, simulate privilege escalation attacks, map findings to compliance frameworks, and validate guardrail policies. The Service is provided as a hosted web application and API.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@traceshield.dev.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to test
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the Service without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service to generate or distribute malicious content

5. Service Plans and Payment

The Service is offered with different plan tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise Team). Features and limits for each tier are described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days notice.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. You retain all rights to your scan data and agent configurations. We will not access your scan data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

7. Third-Party Components

Orithos incorporates third-party libraries and services under their respective licenses. Use of these components is subject to their applicable terms. The Orithos platform itself is a proprietary service; nothing in these terms grants you a license to the underlying source code.

8. Intellectual Property

The Orithos name, logo, and brand assets are our trademarks. The Service user interface, API design, and documentation are owned by us. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or brand assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to security incidents that may occur during security testing activities. You assume full responsibility for ensuring you have proper authorization to test any systems you probe using Orithos.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Orithos, its affiliates, and contributors from any claims arising from your use of the Service, including claims related to unauthorized security testing activities.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the billing settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
